The EXTREMELY RUDE female security guard showed up and immediately started harassing our group for no reason. So some of our group went down to the lounge.
We tried explaining that we certainly had NOT been warned numerous times, but she didn’t care and was EXTREMELY RUDE. Long story short, early in the evening a power hungry security guard told us that since we’ve been warned numerous times to be quiet, we were now banned to our rooms or the lounge. We had a group that congregated in the commons area, like we’ve done in years past. We went for our mother’s 87th birthday (which we’ve done before in years past because it was her favorite casino).
This is the worst place we have EVER been in terms of customer service.
